Muhammed Ashraf, a PhD scholar working with Prof. P. Thirumal at the department of Communication, SN School of Arts and Communication, has been invited to present a paper at the Association for Asian Studies Annual Conference 2019. The conference is going to be held at Denver Colorado, United States from 21-24 March.
Ashraf will be presenting the paper on “Spatial Proximities, Cultural Intimacies: Travel as Solidarity, Freedom and Pleasure within South Asia and the Former Mughal Domains, 1700-1950 and he has received full funding for the conference.
