Covid 19 and International Labour migration: Possibilities and Challenges of Kerala Labour Migration to GCC countries

Mohamed Musthafa KT, PhD Scholar at the Centre for Study of Indian Diaspora, University of Hyderabad has presented a paper titled “Covid 19 and International Labour migration: Possibilities and Challenges of Kerala Labour Migration to GCC countries” at the International E-Conference on ” Migration, Diaspora and Sustainable Development: Perspectives, Policies, Opportunities and Challenges” jointly organized by Global Research Forum on Diaspora and Transnationalism, New Delhi, Migrant Forum in Asia, Manila, Philippine, Cross Regional Centre for Refugee and Migrants, Lebanon, and Centre for Research on North America, Mexico on 2^nd to 5^th November, 2020.

Mohamed Musthafa is currently doing Ph.D.research on the topic “Trends, Patterns and Changes of 21st century Kerala Migration to the United Arab Emirates” under the guidance of Dr. Ajaya K Sahoo, Assistant Professor at Centre for Study of Indian Diaspora, UoH.
