Dr. Soe Win, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Myanmar visited the University of Hyderabad (UoH) on 18 March 2017 and interacted with Prof. B P Sanjay, Pro Vice Chancellor. Ms. Haseena Shaik from Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Hyderabad office accompanied Dr. Win to the University.
Dr. Win is a PhD in Statistics and has been a student of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at UoH from 1999-2004. Dr. Win also visited the NRS Hostel and spent some time at room no 108 where he had stayed in his student days. He later visited the Library, the School of Mathematics and Statistics and also relished ‘Chai’ at the North shopping complex.
