Dr. Binod Kumar Rajak, an alumnus of the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad, has joined as an Assistant Professor of Innovation and Creativity Management at Department of Management Studies, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, Telangana. Before this, he worked for Lovely Professional University as an Assistant Professor of HRM.

Dr. Binod Rajak completed his PhD in December 2021 from the School of Management Studies under the guidance of Dr Punam Singh. His work was to study the relationship between “Family Incivility and Teachers’ Job Dissatisfaction: Role of Emotional Labour and Perceived Organisational support”. His research paper got accepted in reputed international journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC. His recent publications titled “The Dark Side of Overuse of Internet: A study of Indian college students” Scopus, WoS and ABDC-C and “Assessing the role of creativity and motivation to measure entrepreneurial education entrepreneurial intention” Scopus, WoS and ABDC-B. He reviews for an Elsevier, Emerald, Inderscience, sage and many more indexed in ABDC-A, B and C. His expertise in higher education, Academics, Mediation Moderation, Family Incivility and many more.
