The Controller of Examinations office at University of Hyderabad (UoH) has started a facilitation centre for students. This centre has a charter of services pertaining to Controller of Examinations office with charges and duration for the service which can be availed by the students.
This centre was inaugurated by Prof. R.P. Sharma, Vice Chancellor of the University on 21st August 2015. Prof. Sharma welcomed the move and also stressed upon bringing in more changes with respect to e-governance. He also said that the University should link its e-governance plans with the Digital India programme of the Government of India.
Prof. V.Krishna, Controller of Examinations, said that this is a new initiative to facilitate students and to provide good services. He also requested students to support this initiative and cooperate in making it a success.
Mr. Vincent Benny, Students’ Union President, welcomed the move and requested the Vice Chancellor to start such charter of services in other wings of Administration. Sri B. Pandu Reddy, Finance Officer, Sri P. Isaiah, Executive Engineer, officers and staff of the academic and examinations wing and other officials were also present on the occasion.
