Ritapriya Nandy, PhD scholar from the Centre for Regional Studies, School of Social Science, University of Hyderabad, working under the supervision of Dr. Salah Punathil was invited to present a paper titled “Mobility and Belonging in a Borderland Region: Chronicles from Malda” at the 2023 Institute for American Religious and Philosophical Thought (IARPT) Conference, themed ‘Borders and Boundaries’, held at the Katholische Akademie in Berlin from June 12-15, 2023.
Ritapriya was awarded the Creighton Peden Scholarship for attending the conference.
