Mr. Mohsin Hasan, PhD student (Materials Engineering) of the School of Engineering Sciences and Technology (SEST) working under the supervision of Prof. Koteswararao V. Rajulapati has won a prize for the poster he presented in the “5th International Structural Integrity Conference and Exhibition (SICE-2024)”, held at VNIT, Nagpur. In this poster, Hasan presented a part of his PhD work titled “A site-specific study of retained austenite stability in martempered SAE 9254 spring steel”.

As part of this prize, Hasan was given a certificate and will receive a gift voucher for EURO 100 (One Hundred Euros) towards purchasing books from Springer Nature. This research investigation was supported by a grant from the Indo-German Science and Technology Centre (IGSTC).
