Ms. Ujjwal Yadav, PhD research scholar at the History Department, School of Social Sciences, University of Hyderabad (UoH) working under the supervision of Prof. Suchandra Ghosh presented a research paper titled “Permanent Endowment, Piety and Patronage: A Study of Kanheri Inscriptions” at the 26th International Conference of the European Association for South Asian Archaeology and Art (EASAA).
The conference was organised from 16th -20th September 2024, Leipzig, Germany at Leipzig University and was hosted by the Saxon Academy of Sciences and Humanities. She also participated at a workshop related to the site of Kanaganahalli as she was a research intern of an IOE project related to the site of Kanaganahalli. She is thankful to the University of Hyderabad and the IOE directorate for providing her with a travel grant.
