· We are discussing ways to incentivize research performance. Faculty have been asked to supply their work/project plans for the next three years and submit a yearly progress report on these plans, so we can have a consist workflow in research.

· Faculty are also being encouraged to have projects, and to approach agencies that fund research – the University is likely to streamline the fund- and grant-writing/application processes to help Faculty.
