R. Sai Prasad Goud and Mr. Kanaka Ravi Kumar present papers at International Conferences

Mr. R. Sai Prasad Goud and Mr. Kanaka Ravi Kumar working as research scholars under the supervision of Prof. S.V.S Nageswara Rao, CASEST, School of Physics have presented their recent work at International Conference on Ion Beam Analysis and Particle Induced X-ray Emission (IBA&PIXE – 2023), Toyama, Japan, 7^th – 13^th Oct. 2023 and at International Conference on Nanostructuring by Ion Beams (ICNIB – 2023), UPES, Dehradun, India, 2^nd to 4^th Nov. 2023.

They presented their recent results on the fabrication and radiation response of emerging non-volatile memory devices and ultra-fast laser ablation of semiconducting materials. The work was performed in collaboration with Prof. S. Venugopal Rao, ACRHEM and Prof. A. P. Pathak, School of Physics. These conferences provided great opportunities for them to interact with several pioneers of the field.

These national and international visits were supported by the DST-SERB (ITS) and the Institute of Eminence (IoE), University of Hyderabad.
