Radnyi Godase, a PhD scholar from the School of Management Studies at the University of Hyderabad, working under the supervision of Prof. P. Jyothi, participated in the 14th Financial Markets and Corporate Governance Conference at Monash University, Malaysia.

The conference was held from April 2-4, 2024, at the School of Business, Monash University in Malaysia. She attended the conference to present a research paper titled “Does the Surge in M-banking Transaction Volume Impact Service Quality?” in the panel “Banking and Financial Economics”. The research article is co-authored by Akbar Ali and Mohammed Muhsin from the School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad. The study highlights the importance of incorporating user perceptions in understanding the m-banking service quality dimensions.
