The University of Hyderabad has conducted a one-day online Students Entrepreneurship Workshop on 25th September for the students of the University under Erasmus+ INNOTAL Project. Nine students from different disciplines have participated in this workshop. Prof. Siva Prasad who coordinated the workshop made a brief presentation on the objectives of the project and stressed on the need for the entrepreneurship training programme for the students. He made special mention about the Talent Co-Creation Lab (TCCL) which is aimed at encouraging students, faculty, industry, NGOs and other stakeholders to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. He also invited student participants, and encourage their colleagues, to register on this online platform so that they can post their innovative ideas that can be converted into collaborative projects.
Ms. Driti Atluri, Senior Manager, Capacity Building, T-Hub, Government of Telangana, has been invited to conduct the training. She has highlighted the intricacies of entrepreneurship and also indicated the requirements for starting an enterprise. Students actively participated in the workshop by interacting with the Resource Person. Finally, the students stated that the training session has been very useful and spurred their interest towards entrepreneurship. Ms. Driti has suggested the students to get in touch with her for any assistance in future if they plan to start any enterprise. Students also thanked the UoH INNOTAL team for organising the training programme. Prof. J.Prabhakar Rao, Director, India Centre of Excellence in Information Ethics (ICEIE) is the manager of the project.
