The entrance examinations for admission to the various courses for the academic year 2021-22 at the University of Hyderabad (UoH) commenced on 3rd September, 2021. This year UoH received the highest number of 62,458 applications for admission to 2272 seats being offered for admissions to 114 courses. This includes 17 integrated courses, 45 PG courses, 09 M.Tech and 43 Ph.D. programmes.
Students are taking the entrance examination in 34 centres all over India with three centres in Hyderabad from 3rd to 5th September 2021 with all the COVID19 precautions in and around the examination premises. More than 60 officials from the university have been deputed to conduct these examinations.
Varanasi Centre Guwahati Centre
On the first day, more than 65% students have appeared for the examinations all over India. In Hyderabad itself, close to 13500 students will be writing the examination at the College for Integrated Studies, Zakir Hussain Lecture Hall Complex and LHC – 2 in the University campus during the 3 days of Entrance Examinations.
Calicut Centre Bhopal Centre
More than 30 students with disability also appeared the entrance examination on the first day with the help of scribes at the various centres.
Aizawl, Mizoram Centre UoH Hyderabad Centre
