Yet another M.Tech-Computer Science (CS) student of the University of Hyderabad (UoH), Sangeetha B, bagged a good pay package of Rs.15.00 lakhs per annum. Ms. Sangeetha, was selected by the DE Shaw India Software Private Limited, Hyderabad at the Campus Placement recently. She was selected among stiff competition from 45 students in the first round and 15 students in the final round.
Sangeetha, who is pursuing her final semester of M.Tech., was delighted with the job opportunity and gave the entire credit to her teachers at the School of Computer & Information Science UoH, for their unique effort to make every student to think on their own rather than depending on the teacher. She opines that her earlier exposure by the School as student volunteer to perform the activities of a System Administrator also helped in her selection at this prestigious Software Company.
Sangeetha gives credit to her family members also who continue to encourage and support in her career.
