The International Webinar on “Translation Studies Across Frontiers” jointly organized by the Centre for Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies (CALTS), University of Hyderabad and Faculty of Arts, Communication and Indic Studies (FACIS), Sri Sri University, Cuttack from 31 August 2020 to 16 October 2020 has become a major global event in Translation Studies in recent months with a large audience from all over the world participating in it.

The International Webinar has been well-received across the world. While an average of 800-1500 professors, researchers, students, authors, artists, and translation enthusiasts from all over the world attended the live sessions on Zoom and Facebook, the numbers surged to 1.3k to 2.8k views on Facebook within hours of each session.
