Some behavioral manifestations are:
- Irritability and mood swings
- Anxiety and acute loneliness
- Inattention and sleep disturbances
- eating disorders, including compulsive eating
- Increased social media use
- low motivation.
- Experiments with high-risk behaviors, such as drug and alcohol consumption, gambling, sexting, watching pornography etc
- Behavioral and emotional disorders due to extended screen time

The more we are aware of how to take care of ourselves, the less susceptible we will be to any stress etc.
Adopting self-regulatory behaviors
- Follow a systematic routine of eating, sleeping and exercising
- Stay connected with friends and family.
- confide to trusted people about any mood swings, sleep pattern changes etc
- Be creative and spend time on productive tasks
- Focus coping strategies
- If at home, get involved in household work and connect with your parents/family members
- Limit screen time. Select offline and no screen activities
