Dr. Ipsita Pradhan appointed as Assistant Professor in the SRM University

Dr. Ipsita Pradhan, an alumnus of University of Hyderabad has joined SRM University, Andhra Pradesh, as Assistant Professor in the School of Liberal Arts. Ipsita has a B. A (2007-2010) and M.A in Sociology (2010-2012) from University of Delhi. She completed her doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Aparna Rayaprol, from the Department of Sociology, School of Social Sciences, University of Hyderabad in 2020.

After her doctoral research, she has taught at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Youth Development in Sriperumbudur and has also worked on a research project with Prof. Nazli Kibria, Boston University. Her work focusses on gender and work.
