Nikhileswar Reddy Machagari is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Comparative Literature (CCL), School of Humanities, University of Hyderabad (UoH) presents paper titled ‘Unravelling Action Cinema Frontiers: A Bibliometric Analysis’ at the LCS Digital Humanities Symposium ‘Consuming fiction in a convergence culture’ at the School of Languages Cultures and Societies, University of Leeds, United Kingdom on June 5, 2024.

 

 

He works on the production and reception of action choreography in Telugu cinema under the supervision of Dr. V. Vamshi Krishna Reddy and he is a recipient of the ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship since 2022.

The paper succinctly unpacks the scope and influence of research done on action cinema and maps out relationships between authors, documents and keywords located within the research.
