School of Computer & Information Sciences in collaboration with the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Education Society Chapter Hyderabad Section, organized a one day workshop on LaTeX on 29th February 2020. 50 delegates including faculty members and research scholars from various institutions participated in the event.
Prof. Chakravarthy Bhagvati, Dean, School of Computer and Informations Sciences and Dr. Y Vijayalata Chairman, IEEE Educational Society chapter, Hyderabad section inaugurated the workshop. The resource persons of the workshop include Prof. Vineet CP Nair, Dr. T Sobha Rani, Prof. S Durga Bhavani, and Prof. Chakravarthy Bhagvati, who demonstrated the various features of Latex and its applications.
Tara Saikumar, the Secretary/Treasurer, highlighted the activities of the educational society. The event coordinator Prof. Salman Abdul Moiz thanked the resource persons, participants, and the education society for making the workshop a grand success.
