Prof. J. Prabhakar Rao, Director, e-Learning Centre at the University of Hyderabad (UoH) will be visiting Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia to deliver a Keynote Address on “Language Policies in the 5th International Conference on ” The role of languages, literature, art and culture in the development of National Character”.
He will also have a meeting in ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta on 28th September to discuss on possible collaboration between Higher Educational Institutions of ASEAN and the University of Hyderabad.
Jandhyala Prabhakar Rao is Professor of Linguistics at the Centre for Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies (CALTS), School of Humanities, University of Hyderabad. Prof. Rao’s areas of research interest include Linguistics, Translation Studies, Foreign Language Teaching, Higher Education in India and e-Learning.
