The Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC) organized  a five-days Training program on Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE), the Promotion to Various Cadres of Non-Teaching Staff of the University. The training program was conducted from 9-14 June 2023 and was inaugurated by the Vice –Chancellor of UoH, Prof. B J Rao. Dr. Devesh Nigam, Registrar and Prof. P. Prakash Babu, HRDC – in charge Director, extended a warm welcome to the guests and participants. The Internal Audit Officer and Deputy Registrars of the university participated. A total of 51 Non-teaching Employees of various cadres attended the training programme. Prof. Sudhakar Babu, HRDC proposed a vote of thanks.

In this program employees were trained for under MCF: Section officer, Senior Assistants, Office Assistants, and Junior Office Assistants.

The training covered the following topics:

Purchase policy,

Academic Administration,

UoH Act and Statues

Finance Rules and Regulations

Essay Writing /Precise Writing

M.S. Office

Arithmetic

Laboratory techniques and library staff

Resource Persons for this program included the faculty of the University of Hyderabad; Dr. Bipin P. Varghese, Shri. P. Thukaram, Shri Sai Jawahar, Shri B. Srinivas, and Shri Praveen Kumar, Shri D. Sri Krishna, Dr. Joy Anuradha, Dr. P. Hima Bindu, Dr. Bindu Madhava Reddy, Prof. B. Rajashekhar and Prof. Sathiyendran. We have taken the overall feedback of the program. The participants showed an improvement in their level of knowledge and showed interest in enhancing their skills. The program was concluded with brief valedictory function on 13.06.2023, Director briefed on the complete program. Participants gave feedback on the program, they expressed satisfaction and requested for continuous training in near future. Dr. Devesh Nigam, the Registrar and Mr. P. Thukaram, Deputy Registrar spoke on the benefits of this program and thanked the organisers, resource persons and the participants.
