Dr. B Raja Shekhar, Professor in the School of Management Studies at University of Hyderabad (UoH) has been recently awarded a Ph.D. by the Sri Venkateswara University (SVU), Tirupathi. He has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology for his thesis on “Self- Efficacy, Psychological Strain and Decision Making styles of Managerial Employees in Different Sectors”. Prof. S Samiullah (Retired), Professor of Psychology from the SVU College of Sciences, Tirupathi supervised this research. This is his second Ph.D. and his first Ph.D. is from Kakatiya University in the area of Business Management.
Prof. Raja Shekhar has done his B.Tech.(Civil – Acharya Nagarjuna), M.B.A. (Osmania), Ph.D. (Management- Kakatiya), M.Sc. (Psychology-Sri Venkateswara), FDP (IIM, Ahmedabad), PGDPMIR (Kakatiya) and PGDCS (Hyderabad).
Prof. Raja Shekhar’s primary areas of interests include Service Quality, Quantitative Techniques, Research Methodology and Project Management.
