Ms R Mridula, Research scholar (JRF), Department of Sanskrit Studies, University of Hyderabad, was felicitated with PratibhA PuraskAr for her achievements in the field of Classical music, by her Alma mater, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady, Kerala. She had done her post graduation in Sanskrit Vyakarana from there.
The award ceremony was held in conclusion of the year long celebrations of the university’s silver jubilee on 28th February 2019. She was honoured along with other alumni who have made a mark for themselves in arts and culture, by the chief guest, Dr TK Narayanan, Vice-Chancellor of Kerala Kalamandalam.
