Huge congratulations to Ajay Anilkumar, student of MSc Chemistry (2023-25) batch from the School of Chemistry for securing admission to the Graduate Program at Penn State University, ranked 89 in the QS World University Rankings 2025!
Starting Fall 2025, Ajay will take his research to the next level. Currently working on Asymmetric C-H activations under the guidance of Prof. Akhila Kumar Sahoo at the School of Chemistry, University of Hyderabad, Ajay’s hard work and dedication has truly paid off.
As a student holding an assistantship at Penn State University, Ajay is expected to take classes, conduct high quality research, and complete a dissertation that makes a significant contribution to the field.
Not only has he secured admission to Penn State University’s Graduate Program, but he’s also a triple winner of the Institute of Eminence (IoE) award for scoring the highest CGPA in the School of Chemistry for ALL THREE SEMESTERS! His academic prowess and dedication to research are truly inspiring.
