The School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad, hosted an exciting educational field trip for 70 aspiring NEET students from Accomplish Academy, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, on October 29, 2025!
The trip, coordinated by Smt. Leena Bashyam, Scientific Officer, gave students a glimpse into the world of cutting-edge research and latest advancements in analytical instrumentation. Smt. Monica Kannan, Scientific Officer, shared insights on how scientific research translates from “bench to bedside,” benefiting patients in hospitals.
Students explored state-of-the-art facilities, including Genomics, Proteomics, and Microscopy, and interacted with staff, sparking their curiosity and passion for molecular biology!
The students expressed their deep sense of gratitude for organising such educational visits and would find its application as future clinicians.
