The Vice-Chancellor of University of Hyderabad, Prof B J Rao released the Posters of ICC on 14th March, 2024 in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor. These were brought out to create awareness on Sexual Harassment and disseminate information on creation of dedicated round the clock University ICC Helpline 1010 for students to reach, in case of any sexual harassment. This Number can be dialled from within the university network of phones as an extension. If the students are dialling from their mobiles they need to prefix 2313/ 6679 and dial 040-2313 1010 or 040- 6679 1010.  The calls beyond office hours will reach the security, who will extend immediate help.
The effort is also to create awareness among students to visit the ICC s website link https://gadmin.uohyd.ac.in/gs-cash/ which has the phone numbers and emails of all the ICC members, in case the student intends to lodge a complaint. The ICC’s Presiding Officer, Members and Student representatives were present during the release.
