Mr. Neer Prasad, an alumnus of MA- Communication (2016-18) from the Department of Communication, SN School of Arts & Communication, University of Hyderabad, has joined Oil India Limited (Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Govt. of India) as Senior Officer (Grade B) Public Affairs through an All India Competitive exam consisting of Computer-based Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

He has worked with the prestigious media house New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV) and taught at the Delhi School of Journalism, University of Delhi.
He has also cleared the UGC – NET exam in Journalism and Mass Communication and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication and Media Studies from Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (A Central University), Amarkantak, M.P., under the supervision of Dr. Krishna Murthy B.Y. (Assistant Professor).
