The Executive Committee of the Comparative Literature Association of India (CLAI) has invited Prof. Shivarama Padikkal, Professor of Translation Studies, Centre for Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies (CALTS), University of Hyderabad (UoH) to serve as the member of the Editorial Board of the international web journal SAHITYA published under the auspices of the CLAI.

Dr. Mrinmoy Pramanick, the Head of the Department of Comparative Indian Literature, University of Calcutta and an alumnus of Centre for Comparative Literature (CCL) and Mr.Rindon Kundu, Asst. Professor, FACIS, Sri Sri University, Cuttack and an alumnus of Centre for Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies (CALTS) are also invited by the Association to join the Editorial Board.

The CLAI is a prestigious Association of Comparative Literature in India, famous for its biennial conferences in India. It’s a rare honour that one faculty and two alumni of University of Hyderabad are invited join as members of the editorial board of a journal published by CLAI.
