Professor Suchandra Ghosh, Head, Department of History, School of Social Sciences, University of Hyderabad (UoH) presented a paper entitled Dhamnar: An unsung and little-known Buddhist cave site in Western Madhya Pradesh at the 26th International Conference of the European Association for South Asian Archaeology and Art (EASAA).

Professor Ghosh also chaired a session on the Buddhist site of Kanaganahalli at the same conference. The conference was organised from 16th -20th September 2024, Leipzig, Germany at Leipzig University and was hosted by the Saxon Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
After the conference, there was a workshop on Kanaganahalli Paleography and Art where Professor Ghosh and her student Ujjwal Yadav participated. Incidentally, she has a research project on the site of Kanaganahalli and Sannati under the auspices of IoE.
