Mr. Santosh Kumar Gupta, Doctoral Research Scholar in the Department of Education and Education Technology (DoEET), University of Hyderabad, working under the supervision of Prof. Madhusudan J. V., has been awarded the Best Paper Presentation Award for his research paper titled: “प्राथमिक स्तर के विद्यार्थियों में अंग्रेजी भाषा के पठन एवं लेखन कौशल की वर्तमान स्थिति का अध्ययन”
The paper was presented at अभ्युदय-3 (Abhyuday-3) तकनीकी हिन्दी संगोष्ठी 2025, held during 5-6 January, 2026 at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore.
The award recognizes the study’s significant contribution to understanding the current status of foundational literacy (reading and writing skills) among primary school students (Classes I-III) in the Hyderabad district.
The national seminar was jointly organized by IIT Indore, IIT Jodhpur, and CSIR-NIScPR.
