Dr. Sajudeen Nijamodeen Chapparban, an alumnus of Centre for Comparative Literature (CCL), School of Humanities, University of Hyderabad (UoH), has been selected to participate in the 7th Advanced School in the Humanities on Historical Formations of Spatial Knowledge at the Israel Institute for Advanced Studies (IIAS), Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel the program was supported by IIAS.
Dr. Sajudeen worked under the guidance of Prof. J Bheemaiah, currently working as an Assistant Professor in Diaspora Studies at the Central University of Gujarat. It aimed to explore spatiality and knowledge formation across historical contexts. Dr. Chapparban’s selection for this esteemed opportunity reflects his contributions to diaspora and migration studies on a global stage.
