Aysha Emelda CP, an alumna of the School of Management Studies – MBA (General) batch of 2020-2022, University of Hyderabad, has been awarded the esteemed Commonwealth Master’s Scholarship to pursue her MSc in Finance, Technology, and Policy at the University of Edinburgh, a world-renowned institution.
This highly competitive scholarship, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, covers tuition fees, monthly stipends, air tickets, study travel grants, and thesis grants, among other benefits. Aysha is one of only eight candidates selected from India, showcasing her exceptional talent and potential.
With over three years of experience in data analytics and operations technology at Synchrony Financial Hyderabad, Aysha is poised to become a leader and innovator in her field. Her academic background includes an MBA (General) from UoH and a BA (Hons) English from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University.
Aysha’s achievement is a testament to her hard work and dedication. The University of Edinburgh, ranked 27th in QS World Rankings and 5th in QS Rankings in Europe, will provide her with a world-class education and opportunities for international collaboration. She has been working in Synchrony Financial Hyderabad as a manager in data analytics, operations technology with an overall experience of 3 years and 8 months (recruited through university campus placement).
