The University successfully organized a five‑day Orientation‑cum‑Training Programme for its newly joined and recently promoted employees, held from March 23rd to 27th, 2026. This initiative was designed to familiarize participants with the institution’s values, policies, and professional expectations, while also equipping them with essential skills to excel in their new roles. The programme underscored the University’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Across the five days, participants engaged in interactive sessions and discussions led by senior faculty members and administrative experts. Topics ranged from the establishment of the University of Hyderabad, the Act, Statutes and the Ordinances of the University, University Grants Commission, Ministry of Education, General Financial Rules, Central Procurement, Office procedures such as noting & drafting, CCS (Conduct Rules), Motivational, stress, and time management, behavioural practices, leadership and communication, to institutional best practices and emerging trends in higher education. The training emphasized collaboration, innovation, and adaptability, ensuring that employees are well‑prepared to contribute meaningfully to the University’s mission.
