Dr. Pramod Kumar Mishra (Asst. Professor of Operations & Decision Sciences) at School of Management Studies, University of Hyderabad has received the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – Fellow Designation from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), currently known as the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), USA.

The American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) – Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – Fellow had mandatory requirements of research publications in reputed journals, outreach activities (contributing to the APICS Body of Knowledge), conference presentations, class room teachings excluding the mandatory Certification of CSCP. In addition, recommendations from a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the same area of teaching and research, were also sought. The APICS – CSCP Chair reviewed the submission and provided her recommendation to grant the Fellow designation to Dr. Mishra’s APICS – CSCP Certification.
Earlier Dr. Pramod cleared APICS – CSCP Certification (a mandatory requirement for Fellow Certification) that validate knowledge and skills of Supply Chain and Operations Management professionals in eight broad areas namely, Supply Chains, Demand Management, and Forecasting; Global Supply Chain Networks; Sourcing Products and Services; Internal Operations and Inventory; Forward and Reverse Logistics; Supply Chain Relationships; Supply Chain Risk; Optimization, Sustainability, and Technology. By pursuing APICS (ASCM) certification, Pramod Kumar has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and excellence in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
