Nandi Chinni Kumar, PhD scholar in the Centre for Comparative Literature, School of Humanities in the University of Hyderabad (UoH) has been invited to participate and present a paper in the research network “Re-Configurations”s, fully funded International workshop on “Representations of Change: Time, Space, and Power in Qualitative Research on the MENA Region and Europe” to be held in Marburg, Germany from February 22 – 24, 2018.

“Re-Configurations” was founded by the Philipps-Universität Marburg in spring 2013 with funding from the Federal Ministry for Education and Research. The network provides an institutional framework for an innovative interdisciplinary, comparative, empirically-founded and theory-led investigation of the transformation processes in the Middle East and North Africa.

“I’m very glad to attend this fully funded international workshop at prestigious one of the Germany’s oldest university, Marburg”, says Chinni Kumar who is in the final stage of submitting his Ph.D thesis “Genre Pleasure in Hindi Cinema”. “I am glad to share that I have already acquired an inspiring sports star biopic rights. I will be announcing the biopic film project in bollywood very soon”, he adds.
