Reinforcing its commitment to community health, preventive healthcare and social responsibility, the University of Hyderabad, in association with the Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute, Hyderabad, organised a Free Cancer Screening Camp today, 2 November 2026, at the University Health Centre.
The initiative aimed to promote awareness about cancer prevention and the importance of early detection through timely screening. The camp provided an opportunity for members of the University community to avail themselves of cancer screening services and take a proactive step towards safeguarding their health.
This collaborative initiative reflects the University’s continued commitment to promoting health awareness, accessible healthcare and the well-being of its campus community.
