प्रतिवर्ष 26 नवंबर को ‘संविधान दिवस’ मनाया जाता है. इस दिन 1949 में भारत की संविधान सभा द्वारा भारत के संविधान को अपनाया गया था, जो 26 जनवरी, 1950 से लागू हुआ था.
इस वर्ष हम 76वाँ संविधान दिवस मना रहे हैं. हैदराबाद विश्वविद्यालय में इस दिन के उपलक्ष्य में कुलसचिव डॉ. देवेश निगम ने प्रशासनिक भवन के फ़ोयर में उपस्थित सभी लोगों के साथ हिंदी में संविधान की प्रस्तावना पढ़ी और कुलपति प्रो. बी.जे. राव ने अंग्रेज़ी में संविधान की प्रस्तावना पढ़ी. संकायों और विभागों ने अपने-अपने परिसर में संविधान की प्रस्तावना पढ़ी.
‘Samvidhan Divas,’ or Constitution Day is observed annually on November 26 to mark the adoption of the Constitution of India in the Constituent Assembly of India on that day in 1949 and which came into force from January 26, 1950.

The 76th Constitution Day, or ‘Samvidhan Divas’ was observed on 26-11-2025 at the University of Hyderabad, wherein Dr. Devesh Nigam, Registrar read out the Preamble in Hindi and Prof. BJ Rao, Vice Chancellor read out in English along with the gathering of the university fraternity in the foyer of the administration building.
