Yuva Sangam Phase-IV, initiative of Govt. of India, focuses on conducting exposure tours to youth comprising mainly of students studying in Higher Educational institutions & some off-campus youngsters from across the Nation to various States of India. It will provide an immersive experience of numerous facets of life, development landmarks, recent achievements and a youth to connect in the host state.
This year, Telangana is paired with Bihar and University of Hyderabad is the Nodal Institute for Yuva Sangam Phase IV. This program is coordinated by the University of Hyderabad along with NIT Patna, Bihar.
The Telangana team which is visiting Bihar from 17th to 23rd March started the journey on 17th March. On this occasion Prof BJ Rao, vice-chancellor University of Hyderabad interacted with the participants and flagged off the event. In this, 45 student participants from various districts of Telangana and 2 faculty members (Dr. Vamshi and Dr. Naresh) and 2 support staff (Srishaialm and Rajesh) from University of Hyderabad are participating. Sri. Tukaram, Controller of Examinations, Faculty coordinators of Yuva Sangam Phase IV, Dr. V. Vamshi Krishna Reddy and Dr. Annem Naresh were present on the occasion.
