The Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad (UoH), had a significant presence at the IAMCR 2025 Conference, held in Singapore from July 12 to 18, 2025.A diverse cohort of alumni, current PhD scholars, and faculty represented the university, showcasing its academic excellence and research prowess.

– Strong Representation: Nearly two decades of MA and PhD programmes were represented, with a vibrant mix of alumni, current PhD scholars, and faculty.
– Active Participation: The UoH cohort actively participated in panels, presentations, and chairing sessions across multiple sections and working groups.
– Scholarly Contributions: The range of scholarly contributions was notable, reflecting the department’s engagement with critical and emerging issues in communication studies.
