Dr. Anudeep Gujjeti completed his Master’s, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Hyderabad. He completed his Ph.D. in 2024 under the supervision of Dr. S Shaji for his dissertation on India-Japan Relations in the Post-Cold War Period: A Study through Neoclassical Realism, which examined how domestic and systemic variables shape foreign policy.

Dr. Anudeep Gujjeti

He previously served as an Assistant Professor at the Center of Excellence for Geopolitics and International Studies, REVA University, Bengaluru, and as a Research Associate at the Council for Social Development, Hyderabad. In the latter role, he contributed to projects such as Telangana’s Socio-Economic Outlook and a UNICEF-sponsored study on child indicators.

Dr. Gujjeti was selected as a Young Leader (Spring 2022) by the Pacific Forum, Honolulu, and is a member of the Indo-Pacific Circle. His research interests span Indian and Japanese foreign policy, the Indo-Pacific, international relations theory, soft power, and non-traditional security.

He has joined Symbiosis Law School, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune as an Assistant Professor, where he will teach courses in International Relations, Issues in World Politics, and Law and Diplomacy.
