Dr. Mrinmoy Pramanick, Head and Assistant Professor, University of Calcutta, PhD 2010-2015, from the University of Hyderabad, Centre for Comparative Literature. His trust, Calcutta Comparatists 1919, published the first ever dictionary of toto language which is spoken by only 1600 people, a critically endangered language, today covered on the front page of The Hindu, international and National edition.
