Prof. Ramdas Rupavath, Head, Centre for Human Rights, Department of Political Science, School of Social Sciences, University of Hyderabad has been selected for the Bharat Shiksha Ratan Award – 2021. This award is given by the Global Society for Health & Educational Growth (http://gsheg.com/).
He will be presented the award in the month of December, 2021 in Delhi. Global Society for Health & Educational Growth is a non-profit voluntary organization registered under the Society’s Registration Act of 1860. Prof. Ramdas Rupavath, did his M.A., M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. His areas of specialization include Indian political processes, democracy, development, tribal politics, education and politics, pluralism and politics of accommodation and comparative politics in Indigenous Societies.
