He was selected for AICTE-UKIERI (AICTE-UK India Education & Research Initiative) Technical Leadership Program. This progam was organized by All India Council for Technical Education, British Council and Dudley College, United Kingdom. This program focuses on inculcating leadership skills in academic administrators across India.
As a part of the leadership program a Change Management Project on “Strengthening the Teaching Process” was realized.
