The University of Hyderabad (UoH) has once again affirmed its status as a premier global center for learning and research, maintaining its strong standing in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia University Rankings 2026.
In the latest rankings, which assessed 929 universities across 36 countries, UoH remains a leader among India’s Central Universities, consistently placing within the Top 20 Indian institutions featured on the prestigious list.
Regionally, the university continues to hold its ground in the competitive 251–300 bracket in Asia.

International Outlook: The university maintained a stable performance in attracting diverse talent and fostering global collaborations.
