Dr. Rahul, an alumnus of the School of Engineering Science and Technology (SEST), University of Hyderabad (UoH) receives most prestigious “IEI Young Engineers Award”, in recognition to his outstanding contributions in the field of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering for the year 2024-2025 by the Institution of Engineers (India), in its 37th National Convention of Metallurgical & Materials Engineers, which was held at Salem, Tamil Nadu.
Incidentally, Dr. Rahul is also a recipient of the prestigious “Young Engineer of the Year Award 2024” for his outstanding contribution in the field of Engineering, by The Institution of Engineers (India), Telangana State Centre in collaboration with the Government of Telangana, during the 57th Engineers Day celebrations held in Hyderabad. It is a prestigious occasion for Dr. Rahul, to be recognized and honored by both the state and the national body, for his contributions in the field of Engineering Sciences.
Dr. Rahul, completed his M. Tech. and Ph.D. in Materials Engineering under the supervisor at SEST, is Prof. Koteswararao V. Rajulapati, and was awarded Ph.D. in the year 2018. Presently Dr. Rahul is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology (A), Hyderabad. He is also the Department Research Coordinator and Co-in charge of the Academic and Examinations Cell at CBIT.
