Nagaraju Menchu, Ph.D. scholar at the Advanced Centre of Research in High Energy Materials (ACRHEM), School of Physics, University of Hyderabad has received one of the best poster awards in National Laser Symposium (NLS-29) held at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya-SVVV, Indore during February 12-15, 2021.

Nagaraju received best poster award for his work titled “Demonstration of THz -TDS for monitoring water status in leaf and early detection of red leaf blotch in Indian almond tree“. He is currently working under the guidance of Prof. Anil Kumar Chaudhary, ACRHEM, University of Hyderabad.
