Prof. Raj Kishora Dash, Assistant Professor at the School of Engineering Sciences & Technology, University of Hyderabad has given an Invited talk entitled “Morphology and Properties Controllable One Dimensional Bi2Te3 Based Thermoelectric Nanomaterials by In-situ Chemical Doping of Graphene Oxide/Reduced Graphene Oxide for conversion from Waste Heat to Electrical Energy” in the Silver Jubilee Assembly of Advanced Materials Congress held at Stockholm, Sweden during 24-27th March, 2019.

He was the only speaker from India in the prestigious international conference at Stockholm, Sweden which established a global networking platform between the researchers, scientists and students from more than 50 countries.

Dr. Raj Kishora Dash received both M.S and Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA. He worked as postdoc and researcher for few years in USA prior to joining University of Hyderabad, India in 8th March, 2011. Dr. Dash obtained various prestigious awards such as Best paper of the year, IOP, UK. He was also nominated for Who’s Who in America, USA for his excellent contribution in research. He has published several papers, attended international conferences and invited talks in the field of Materials Science and Technology, Nanotechnology, Nanostructure Materials and MEMS. He has several national and international funded projects from funding agencies to carry out cutting edge research in the area of Advanced Materials, Nanomaterials, Nanotechnology and MEMS. He has both international and national collaboration with academia, Industries and R&D Labs. Several research scholars are currently working in various projects for their Ph.D. degree under his supervision.
