S. Ramanjaneyulu, PhD scholar under the supervision of Dr. A.S. Jalandharachari, Department of Education and Education Technology (DoEET), School of Social Sciences, along with L. Lavanya, a master’s student from the Department of Telugu, School of Humanities, University of Hyderabad (UoH) will be presenting their research paper at the Global Forum 2025, which will be held at the Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, from 13-15 February 2025.
The paper, titled “Student Teachers’ Knowledge and Attitude Towards Usage of Artificial Intelligence in Classroom,” explores the knowledge and attitudes of student teachers towards integrating AI into educational settings. The study, conducted with a sample of 400 B.Ed. student teachers from various central universities in India, assesses their readiness for incorporating AI in classroom teaching. This research aims to provide insights for curriculum developers and policymakers to enhance teacher education programs in India, preparing future educators for the evolving role of AI in education.
