The NSS Cell, University of Hyderabad (UoH) has organised a Swachchata and Health Awareness Ayurveda camp on 12-09-2024 at the University Health Centre, University of Hyderabad in collaboration with University Health Centre and Sri Visista Super Speciality Ayurveda, Hyderabad.

Chief guest Dr. Devesh Nigam, Registrar of the University inaugurated the camp and said that in the context of the widespread viral inspection due to incessant rains in the recent past, many employees and students of the university have been suffering from many ailments.

It’s a good opportunity for everyone to consult the ayurveda doctors and improve their immunity. Teaching, non-teaching staff, and university students visited the camp and consulted the doctors. They were provided with the ayurveda medicines free of cost after consultation.

Dr. G.K. Reddy, Senior Consultant, Dr. Laxmi Prasad, Senior Consultant and Dr. Gayatri, Medical officer from Sri Visista Super Specialty Ayurveda Hospital examined the patients.

Captain Ravi Kumar, Chief Medical Officer, Health Center, UoH, Dr. B. Krishnaiah, NSS Coordinator, UoH, and Dr. Bhimsingh, Programme Officer, UoH supervised the camp and the NSS volunteers assisted with the smooth functioning of the camp.

The NSS Coordinator said that the camp will continue till 13-09-2024 from 9 am to 1 pm at the same venue.
