A group of cricket enthusiast alumni from the School of Computer and Information Sciences (SCIS), comprising MTech and MCA graduates, have generously sponsored the extension of cricket practice nets. This initiative was coordinated by Mr. Satish Raj Kumar P (UoH-MTech (IT) – 2008), who spearheaded the fundraising efforts.
The newly constructed cricket nets, valued at ₹70,000, will provide students with top-notch facilities to hone their cricketing skills. This project was conceptualized by Dr. Anjeneya Swami Kare, In-charge of Physical Education and Sports, who encouraged alumni to give back to their alma mater.
